Our journey continues as we delve into the core of your being. Align with your true values, recognize what you love & don't love in your career, and understand why certain Values take precedence over others. This step is about aligning to your values.
Step 3: Aligning with Your Authentic Codes. Finally, we guide you to align with your authentic codes - values and passions that light you up, often rooted in your childhood. This step is about rediscovering and realigning with these essential elements of your being.
Step 4: Discovering Your “It Factor”.
Uncover the work-related aspects where you shine with ease and can make the most impact and income. Understand the unique skills and talents that are your strengths. This step will help you align your career with your purpose.
Step 5: Taking your It factor out into the world with aligned action
Finally, we bring it all together with your authentic codes, values, and passions that light you up. This step is about taking action once you start to realise your purpose & potential. Your It factor becomes alive.
I’ve blasted through limitations, & I feel more me than in long time!
When I began working with Eiran, I had experienced a big life change, & it felt like I was beginning life again. I was filled with fear, that I didn’t even know I had, life felt like it had a lot of limitations, & I was a fragment of my true self. A year later, I feel FREER!
